Bollería BJV was founded in 1982 in San Vicente del Raspeig, Alicante.

BJV’s history The history of BJV begins at the start of the 1980s, when Blas, Juan and Victor, three workers of an important local ice cream company, realized an innovative business vision: producing sponge cake sheets for the brand’s whisky cakes.

We started out as pioneers in the production of sponge sheet cakes. But from the beginning, Bollería BJV’s mission has been more than just making cake bases and sponge cakes.

Our true essence focuses on the importance of assume a major part of the work of professional bakers, and contributing to the reduction of workload, the improvement of energy savings, and the optimal use of raw materials.

Provide time saving and flexibility to our customers, always under the strictest food safety and quality standards, flexibility and innovation focused on customers needs, and on the foresight and adapting to evolving market.

Only in this way, and thanks to our vision of optimizing the pastry sector from the ground up, we have gradually become the leading the principal producer and supplier of sponge cake and cake bases for confectionery in Spain.
