Ground natural biscuit base
Biscuit base for non-baked mousses and tarts. A biscuit base designed to make it easy to create excellent non-baked cheesecakes, fruit flans and semi-frozen desserts. With its texture and consistency it is perfect for both industrial and artisanal confectionery producers.
But remember that we serve these bases with their exact baking time, and it is not advisable to use them in desserts and cakes that need to be baked in the oven. If you want to make a baked cake we recommend our baking biscuit bases.
