Biscuit base for baking

Biscuit base for baked cheesecake. A biscuit base designed to make a excellent New York cheesecake, a cream Catalan pie as well as other baked desserts. It also works well with light layers of syrup. It is a succulent biscuit base with a great texture and is the perfect solution for both industrial and artesan producers alike.

But remember that we serve these bases with less cooking time, and it is not recommended to use them in semi-cold desserts and cakes. If you want to make a baked cake we recommend our Biscuit base for non-cooked tarts.
