This Genovese cake is ideal to fill with crème pâtissière or to cover with chocolate. It is also perfect for a San Marcos Tart and to combine with jam, cream and strawberries. It is very versatile and, with its smooth texture and traditional flavour, you can use it with countless delicious combinations.
