Shortcrust pastry ideal for tarts and quiches. This uncooked dough prepared from flour and butter comes ready to bake. It is the perfect base for tarts, tartlets and quiches. It is ideal for both sweet and savoury recipes. When baked, the pastry dough expands, sets and acquires a light brown colour.
