Cake base ideal for layered chocolate cakes and fruit preserves. This is the perfect base for both the small baker and larger producers thanks to its robustness and ease of handling. Its design is suitable for chocolate cakes where an intense flavour is desired. It also combines perfectly with strawberry, cranberry or apricot preserves and cream chese-based fillings.
